Rosenhagen Law Office, PLLC is a law firm recently formed by Erika Stein Rosenhagen. Erika is currently working with a web design team and will soon be replacing this temporary page with a new website for her firm.

Erika's Bio

Erika has worked with many emerging businesses in varying capacities, and has experience with issues of formation, capitalization and funding, protecting intellectual property, as well as issues surrounding employment and business succession. Early in her career, Erika was an attorney in the Business Department at Rackemann, Sawyer, and Brewster, PC in Boston. At Rackemann, she advised for-profit and not-for-profit clients on a wide range of legal matters including general corporate formation and governance issues, financing (including private placement of securities, mergers and acquisitions, asset purchases, stock sales, bank loans, and debt transactions), employment, intellectual property protection and licensing, and tax issues.

Erika is also founder and CEO of Rosenhagen Business Advisors, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in advising entrepreneurs as they negotiate the myriad issues confronting an emerging business, helping them to realize their dream of running a successful company. In addition to startups, she advises clients at various transition points: introduction of a new partner, new product launches or other growth periods, and by designing and implementing exit strategies.

Erika is an alumna of Wellesley College and Northeastern University School of Law.

Erika is an active member of the Minnesota Bar and an inactive member of the Massachusetts Bar.
